(1) 但为什么会出现H1b approved 而change of status 被拒呢？您能不能讲一下？
-Just file the change of status from F1 to H1. If your H1 approval with I-94, you do not need to do anything and just work. if your H1 approval witout I-94, just go outside US to get h1 visa to activate it.
(2) 请问假如要在美国外面申请签证，能否去加拿大签证呢？还是一定要回国呢？
-Canada is OK.
