回复：目前在申请H1B的过程中遇到一些麻烦。请大家提个建议。

1. Your language school endorsed I20 is good enough to prove your continued legal status of F-1.
2. Your H-1B petition should also request for "change of status" (from F-1 to H-1B). [mark in form I-129, Part 2, 2 (a), and 5(b)].
3. Worst case, CIS will approve your H-1B status [meaning approve for 2(a)] but deny change of status [meaning deny for 5(b)]. If this happens, you then have to go outside of the U.S. to get H-1B visa.

But you can try to petition for change of status first. If it is also approved, it will save you a lot of trouble.
