TA with H1B

I am a Ph.D student. Right now I am working as TA. Recently I got a job offer and may get my H1B approved in the middle of this fall semester. My question is
after I get my H1B visa, can I still work as TA for the rest of this semester while at the same time working for that company on H1B? If not, what should I
do? Any answer would be appriciated.
