I asked the same question to two lawyer, one lawyer told that he has to sign agreement with employer, and another lawyer said that he can sign agreement with me, the beneficiary, so I am getting much more confussion.

I will pay the lawyer fee no matter who sign, but my problem is that my company is hesitate to sign with lawyer, and I try to make sure that my signment with lawyer is OK to USCIS, I hope USCIS will not reject my H1-B application because of my signment with lawyer.
and HR of my company already sign all necessary docs,including i-129, i-129w,LCA, what if I submit the application myself without the lawyer's signature, will I have trouble?
