作为part-time的h1 holder,雇主不能给你通过办Perm来申请绿卡。那末我可以自己申请NIW或者EB1A吗？这方面有限制吗？
-You can file I-140 and get it approved using NIW or EB1A, but you still need to find a full-time job to get the I-485 approved.
