（1）AOS身份，但可以继续用原来的身份工作。似乎移民局允许延期或转换，在延期或转换后可以恢复身份。
-Correct. you have to continue your work for your curret employer who sponsored your H1 just before you left U.S. and used AP to come back.

(2）AOS身份，但必须用EAD工作。
-Wrong.
