刚才律师告诉我说revoke/cancel 和withdrawl 是不一样的。
withdrawl 不会cancel quote。。 也就是说前公司写封信给移民局告诉他们这个position no longer avaialble就可以了。 这样子quote不会被cancel 掉。 可是另一个律师又说是相同的。 请问有什么差别么？
-From the word definition, case revoke means something was wrong in the application, so the case was cancel. Case withdrawal means nothing was wrong in the application, but the applicant did not want this application anymore and thus request to cancel the case.
It seems it is grey area in your case if your employer withdraw the case. If you are lucky, you may not need to get a new H1 quote if you can find a job in the future, depending on the immigration official personal judgement.
