用EAD工作，是否需要通知USCIS告知已换工作，

如果被RFE的话，由其他股东出具雇佣证明是否即可？
-You can explain and provide the evidences that you are self-employment; or 由其他股东出具雇佣证明 prove you are self-employement. As long as you meet the AC21 requirements, you are OK.
