No the same. The H1 visa application usually check whether your major is sensitive or not (e.g. nuclear, chemstry, etc.), and whether you come from some kind of countries (e.g. Iran, North korea, etc.). Green card application usually check whether you personal history and background (e.g. whether you made criminal before,, etc.).
