我现在是h1b, 485pending, AOS, renew H1b 的话， 有还是没有I-94?
-You have no problem to get the I-94 with your new H1 approval if your current H1 I-94 is still valid.
用不用再renew h1b, 还是直接用EAD? 多谢！
