回复：H1B境外激活提前10天入境问题，如果公司让10月15号开始上班怎么办？

今年新申请的H1B，I-797B上是10月1号开始，在境外签H1B激活。由于新H1B只能提前
10天入境，所以如果按照I-797B上是9月21号就可入境。但公司方面想10月15号才开始
工作。

请问这种情况下到底相对于哪个时间提前10天入境？
- You may not be admitted until 10 days before the starting date on your approval notice, which is irrelevant to when the employer expects you begin

如果9月21号入境，那么是不是在10月15号开始上班之前身份为非法？
- It may be considered OOS while it's normally ignored.
