请再问原雇主把我解雇再叫我为他干活,都是他们自几技术差干不了的工作,付我合同工的工资,老版不付税, 他没有告知移民解雇我的情况, 原雇主为我的H1b sponsor until the end of next year. My feeling is that I can take some payment but my employer should pay social care and Medcare etc. It is illegal that he pays as a contractor.

My question is that it is legal way or not that my h1b sponsor pay me as a contractor?
