请问pjiang老师 or someone,H1B, DIY,去网上自己申请一个LCA, 能行么?

LCA申请的页面上说只有 Employer Profile 和 Attorney/Agent Profile 两种选择。这下怎么办？是不是只有公司HR才能填？
