我的律师让我140和485同时FILE,说这样快,不知道这样有没有什么坏处?
- You lost I-485 filing fee when I-140 is unfortunately denied, which may be avoided when filing I-485 after approval of I-140. However I would file both concurrently to reduce waiting time significantly.

另外,孩子的485filing fee是不是$600而不是$1010?
