Thanks very much for your reply.
I know that once J1 changed status,J2+EAD will lost.
Now she can only apply H1 after waiver once she change job.
Currently,the job of J1 is more stable so that I donot
want to use the H1B under current economic situation.
if i lost H1B,I can change to J2,but it may take time to get work permit even I can find a new position after 1-2 months.
Anyway.let me consider it.
