LLC is not taxable entity and just like partnership. Everybody file his own tax. Theoritically, you can be only as passive investor which can only draw dividen and cannot work even without paying. You cannot deduct anything which is evidence that you are working.I think only C corporation is possible for your situation. You officially not working and your expensive is deducted in the corporation. If you ask lawyer, that is also illegal
