1。递交I-539时，　要求附带　ORIGINAL　I-94，　是指　H1-B　上的　I-94，　还是指护照上老的I-94。

2。几周内找工作不太可能，　先递交I-539转到F-1，　如果在F-1转换期间找到工作，但F-1还没有批下来，　我该怎办？
-It will result in complicate situation. If your F1 is approved before your h1 approval, your final status will be H1. If your F1 is approved after your H1 approval, your final status will f1 and you have to file h1 application again to get your h1 status.
