我是J1签证，我丈夫是公民。当我办豁免是，可不可以不找H1b，直接申请绿卡？这样省得提心吊胆能不能找到H1b. 谢谢。
-Yes, just file I-130 and I-485/EAD/AP concurrently after you get J1 waiver and thus, you can stay in U.S. legally and work using EAD.
