NIW I140 approved but I485 is far away, when H1-B needs to be extended, what I should tell the emplolyer?
-Just ask your employer to renew your H1 so that you can continue to work for them if you do not want to use EAD.

say I already start the green card application?
Can I do not tell them?
-Not need to tell anything about your green card application if you do not want to.
