该答Yes还是No？
我以前从未有过VISA被拒。这次算不算“VISA”被拒？

CIS的Denial Notice说我从5月15日之后就是unlawfully present in the US了。
感觉此问答是的话，签证就基本没戏了。我能怎样向VO解释呢？
