能否用旧140 申请H1B 延期3年

本人140已批复近2年, 485 未递, 公司不稳定, 若换公司, 应进行H1B transfer,若申请绿卡,应进行新的LC and 140 申请. 现有一问题, 若我换公司后, 不能用新的LC and 140 申请H1B extension, 能否用旧的140 申请H1B extension for 3 years. (旧的H1B almost up to 6 years).谢谢!!
