Current non-immigrant status for H1B renewal

请教各位：我上次用AP回美国,I-94上是Parolee，现在在做H1B延期，在填表的时候有一点疑问：
Current Nonimmigrant Status 应该填什么？H1B还是AOS？如果添AOS，需要提供哪些材料？请有经验的朋友指教。
