question about H1-B, I-485 and AP

My NIW I-140 was approved but I-485 is still pending. My current H1-B will expire on June 30, 2009. Now I have got a new position and my new boss will file an application for a new H-1B visa for me this month. I plan to visit my parants in china from July 1 - 31 by using AP, and then start to work on Aug. 1 at the new position. My question is if my unemployment in July will affect my application for the new H-1B, entering the US by AP, or I-485. Thanks.
