求助，h1-b extension 迟了有什么后果，原来旧的i-94已经过期，gap 两三个星期左右。
-I think you will be fine. At the worst, your application might be approved without I-94, and thus you need to go out of U.S. to get an H1 visa to activate your H1 status.
