我现在已经是H1-b第五年半了， 原以为明年八月是我的第六年末， 但现在发现明年二月我的延期就到期了。原以为现在马上开始办PERM 刚刚来得及， 但现在看来麻烦大了。 请问各位，有没有听说过象我这么倒霉的，我这种情况有多严重？另外，延期都是三年吗？象我这种两年半的怎么办？ 可以申诉吗？ 拜谢各位指点。

Also, file the PERM as soon as possible and get it approved, and then use Premium Processing to file I-140 to get it approved within 15 days. After that, extend your H1 for another 3 years beyond the 6-year duration.
