H1-B renewal 问题，各位大侠有请，多谢了!!!

我的H1-B将在3个月内到期。我们公司正在准备帮我办renewal。但我现在找其他机会。我的问题是，在我现H1-B renewal 过程中，如果我找到一个更好的工作，那么，新公司帮我办 H1-B 的过程是否和现在H1-B 的renewal 过程发生冲突。多谢了!!! Will
