回复：H1B transfer by New Company and AP by Old Company

I am in the middle of job transition. It takes forever for the new company to file for H transfer - maybe soon, but don't know when.

At the same time, the old company - have not quitted yet- wanted to renew AP for me.
- Fine, though you may not be clear with the concept.
