In the link you attached to the message, it says "However, you can not work, even for the company you established, unless you are in possession of an H-1 sponsored by your company, or a valid EAD." Does that mean if I file H1B petition through my company for myself and get approval, I will be able to work legally. However, whether or not USCIS recognizes this sponsorship is a grey area. That is, there's possiblity for me to get rejected and there's possiblity to get approved as well. Correct?
