1。如果我在B2有消息前，就把绿卡申请递交了，即时B2否决了，我的身份是不是合法的？

是不是I-130的receive date是不是要比B2的否决日期要早？如果B2否决了，我要做些什么吗？比如，向移民局解释？

2。如果结婚绿卡材料准备太晚了，在我递交申请以前，B2就被否决了，我的身份是不是就非法了？
-After you file I-485, your status will be AOS if your B2 application is denied before your I-485 filing.
那么我是不是我马上就要离开美国？在这种情况下，有什么办法呆在美国继续绿卡申请吗？
