Thanks a lot. I read the blog before and read it again, it's still not clear to me.

When transferring from company A to B, the H1B is renewed for 3 years due to I140 approval. But one year later, if you want to transfer from B to C, the I140 at A is most likely withdrawn already. As each H1B transfer is in effect a new H1B application without cap, the condition of approved I140 no longer exist, so the H1B transfer may be denied. Am I missing something?
