The expected time for premium processing of H1B transfer is 15 days. However, this page http://www.assureconsulting.com/faqs/h1b_transfer.shtml says that the expected time to get EAC (confirmation receipt saying USCIS received the application) is 10 -15 days.

Does this mean that you can get approval and EAC at about the same time?
- Not likely unless you're extremely lucky

What are the experiences you guys have with regard to H1B transfer time frame?
