"两周必须上报移民局"的规定吗? 还是这段时间的长短可以同雇主negotiate?
-It requires that the employer needs to report it to USCIS immediately, otherwise the employer needs to continue to pay you. But if the employer reports it some time later (e.g. two or three months), it does not matter that much actually. USCIS usually does not care about it. So, I think 这段时间的长短可以同雇主negotiate.
