h1b transfer时h4是否需要一起做transfer?
-Not necessary. If H4 I-94 does not expire soon, you do not need to renew the H4 even if H1 transfer is going.

另，h4在递交转F1的过程中，这时h1找到新工作需要h1b transfer, h4决定放弃转F1,仍随h1做h4, 那么手续按正常h4办理或者有什么特别需要考虑的吗？
