我的律师说，如果我用option#2 file 出去，移民局有可能会给我extension,但条件是要出境一次再回来把extension激活。
-Depend on your get the I-94 with the approval or not. If you get the I-94 with the approval, you do not need to go outside to 激活. Just try and you may be lucky.
