等待H-1B申请批准期间可以呆在美国么
depending on whether H1 I-94 was included in the transfer approval notice. If with new I-94 starting Aug, you can stay in US between May and Aug. If no new I-94, you need to leave (take a vacation to China) and return with H1 visa stamp.


No to this question. Change to F1 doesn't make sense at all.
我可以同时申请 Change of Status from H1B to F1保持身份和申请新h1b么？
