I-485 pending, AP, EAD are irrevelant. The eligibility for H1 beyond 6 years is based on either one of the following:
1. your LC or I-140(depending on your category) was filed > 365 days ago, and it is currently not denied or invalid.
2. your I-140 is approved and PD is not current.
