I think at least they give you single entry.

On 3/25/2009, I went to Ottawa for H1-B visa, I have been the U.S. over 7 years with B1/B2 ( 2002) , soon I changed my visa to F1, then H1-B. They really gave me a hard time, finally they gave me one time entry.
