如果这段“out of status"的时间比较短，比如说2到3个月，应该也没什么大问题吧（反正我的H1B transfer都已经批准了）？ 我的理解对吗？还是有别的问题在里面阿？
-This unlawyful presence will affect your green card application in the future if it is > 180 days. If it is very short period of time, it is Ok for the future green card. You had better not be out of status again because your previous unlawful presence will accumulate to your later one.

如果移民局先批准了我H1B transfer，之后，移民局DENY了我原来递交的COS H1B转B2 申请的话，这样的话是不是就没有问题了呢？因为我的H1B transfer已经批准了，我又成为H1身份了，而且之前递交的转B2的申请没批准，就不存在变成B2的问题了。这点上我的理解对吗？
