“Case 2: 现在我已经递交了转B2 的申请，如果我在移民局决定批准还是没批准之前就找到工作的话，我申请H1 transfer 该怎么办？有问题不？
-If you B2 is approved first and then,H1 is approved later, your final status will be B2. In this case, you have to change B2 to H1 again. If your B2 is approved first, H1 approved later, your final status will be H1 and then you need to do nothing.

So, if you are in the first case, my suggestion is that you had better go out of U.S. to get an H1 visa after your H1 is approved because when you go out of U.S., your pending change of status from H1 to B2 will be invalid automatically.”

我的问题是：如果我找到工作比较快的话，移民局先批准了我新雇主的H1B transfer的申请的话，那么我上周已经递交的H1B 转 B2的申请是不是就算自动作废了阿？ 移民局还会批准我已经递交的那个H1B 转 B2的申请吗？

或者我可以要求在新雇主给我转H1 的时候，撤销我已经递交的pending的H1B 转 B2的申请，可以吗？
