CASE 1：如果我不转B2，如果在2-3个月找到工作，移民局是不是有可能不批我H1 transfer?
-Most likely, your H1 tranfer will be approved without I-94 card. In this case, you need to go outside of U.S. to get an H1 visa to activate your H1 status.

Case 2: 现在我已经递交了转B2 的申请，如果我在移民局决定批准还是没批准之前就找到工作的话，我申请H1 transfer 该怎么办？有问题不？
-If you B2 is approved first and then,H1 is approved later, your final status will be B2. In this case, you have to change B2 to H1 again. If your B2 is approved first, H1 approved later, your final status will be H1 and then you need to do nothing.

So, if you are in the first case, my suggestion is that you had better go out of U.S. to get an H1 visa after your H1 is approved because when you go out of U.S., your pending change of status from H1 to B2 will be invalid automatically.

Case 3：如果在移民局批准了我B2 申请后我找到了工作，我申请H1 transfer 该怎么办？有问题不？
-Just change your B2 to H1 using premium processing, and then you can work after your H1 is approved. No probelm at all.

case 4：如果在移民局DENY了我B2 申请后我找到了工作，我申请H1 transfer 该怎么办？有问题不？
-the same answer as that in the Case 1.

最后一点，我在officially我是在上个礼拜被layoff，但是我的公司给我提供的package直到6月中旬还有severance pay.这点对我以后H1B transfer 有没有什么帮助阿？
-If your company has not reported that you were laid off to USCIS yet, it will be very helpful.
