863211，非常感谢你的回复。想接着问几个问题：

（2）如果我在这3个月内找到工作，可以撤销B2申请再转回H1B身份吗？
-The problem is that if you withdraw/cancel the B1 application, you are considered out of status from the time you lost job to filing H1 application.

如果我不递交转B2申请的话，我的H1 也是从我失去工作的那天算作失效，对吧。那么如果我找到新工作 transfer H1B,移民局也会认为我是“out of status from the time you lost job to filing the new H1 application”。在这点上，好像和我递交转B2申请再转回H1 是一样的吧。



（3）如果找到工作，需要离境签H1B吗？
-If your h1 approval has an I-94 card with it, you do not need to go outside of US to get an h1 visa. Otherwise, you need to go out of U.S. to get a visa.

像这样离境签证H1B好签吗？ 会被拒吗？另外离境签证可以在第3国签吗？比如去加拿大签证，我有加拿大绿卡，去加拿大签证应该比较容易吧。
