you may have no problem to transfer the H1. means:
i can not transfer H1 or I will transfer H1 easily?
-You can transfer the H1.

will I get the H1 then if the firm close up before Oct 1?
-As long as the company does not withdraw the h1 from USCIS, you can transfer H1.
