我记得两个H1B之间有一个10-days rule，不知道现在是不是还有这个？
-No such a rule.

如果A已经terminate LD的H1的话，是不是LD只能等B的H1批了才能开始工作？
-Yes, if there is a gap. Your LD may use Premium Processing to get the H1 transfer approved within 15 days. I believe USCIS will aprrove the H1 transfer with the I-94 because the gap is too small/short and thus, your LD does not need to go outside of U.S. to get a visa.
