OPT 期间 H1B 还未生效能换工作嘛？
-If the employer who sponsors your H1 withdraw the 未生效 H1, then you have no H1 status if your change your job before your H1 status is effective. Of course, if you are sure the employer will do nothing, you can change your job then.
