appeal won't work because you did not get your LCA before you filed I-129, it's the petitioner's fault. And you should have known that this I-129 would fail when you got a RFE asking for LCA that you did not have. (otherwise I don't know why there was a new LCA in March) 公司的律师,他建议我重新申请H1B延期并加快.说这是最好最快的办法, should be. H1 PPS asking for EOS using Nunc Pro Tunc.
