求助：non-profit h1到regular h1b，有3个月gap

现在的non-profit h1b到6月底。 新的工作给申请regular h1b, 中间的3个月可以呆在美国么？ 需要出境激活新的h1b么？


还是中间的三个月，最好跟ld申请h4过渡一下？
