H1B 6 年后 AP 回国 和H1B 6 年内 真 有区别 吗？请ＰＩＮＧＪＩＡＮＧ大师 看我 律师的信 多谢！！！

我去年用Ｈ１Ｂ　AP 回国， 一切顺利。 今年刚ＲＥＮＥＷ　３年Ｈ１Ｂ（Ｈ１Ｂ〉６年）。我律师说我必须同时申请　EAD 。请问真的必要吗？请指教。　


I just want to clarify to you that if you reenter the United States on your Advance Parole, you need to then have an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). In short, we need to apply not only for your Advance Parole, but also for your EAD as that will be the document that will authorize your continued employment following your return to the United States.
