求救! H1B第6年后延期被拒, 140已批, EB3, 但485排期未到, 移民局要限期离境, 该怎么办呀?

H1B第6年申请延期, 今天收到信说被拒, H1B到4月30日最后期限, 可是我的140已经批准了, EB-3的优先日期是2006年12月, 排期还早就不能交485, 现在移民局的信说到4月30日要离境的? 我该怎么办呀? 我现在可以申请EAD 和AP吗? 求救!!
