B学校管人事的人说，我老公需要申请新的H1B，并且需要6个月的时间（他建议我们自己出$1000,办加急）。他的说法对吗？

我们觉得只要我们目前的合同到期前，只要B大学给提交了H1b的申请，拿到receipt number就可以了。
-You are right. B University just needs to file an H1 transfer petition for your hu*****and to USCIS, and your hu*****and can begin to work after USCIS sends the receipt to B Univeristy.

签证可以transfer过去吗？
