请教: Can I still use my previous H1b quote with private company?

I have a urgent question. I worked on H1b less than six years for a private company. Now I start to work for a non-profit organization on non-capped H1. If again I get a job with some private company, can I still use my previous H1b quote for companies, or need to participate in H1b cap withdraw?
